Robin Haas has many titles including the agency’s business owner, wife, mother, and grandmother. She began working in the financial and insurance sector shortly after graduating from the University of Utah with a BS degree in Consumer Studies and Fashion Merchandising.
She started her professional career with a position at Fidelity Investments and then moved on to The Prudential These positions gave her Fortune 500 company experience, however, she ultimately found her niche as a broker and an insurance agency owner Working with local people and having a multitude of companies to work with is where she felt she could make the most impact.
Over the last several years, Robin has become more interested in those approaching retirement, and helping those approaching Medicare and Social Security age with a desire to provide individual guidance and educational services. She has recently completed her certification as a Registered Social Security Analyst (RSSA designation) Additionally, she has also been driven to learn more about health and wellness through lifestyle decisions and looking toward functional medicine, rather than traditional medicine as we know it. She obtained her credentials with Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) as a certified health coach in 2023.

Robynne Reuter started working with Colony Health & Benefit and Colony Financial Services in September 2021 after a mutual friend referred her to Robin. Since working with the company, Robynne says she has learned so much about the Health and Life Insurance industry.
Robynne has been in the administrative field since 1993 and has a wide scope of experience within various industries, which has made her invaluable to the team and our clients. She’s held several positions of importance, in the Williamsburg area, within those industries, such as Senior Reservationist for a hospitality agency and Manager of a General Contractor’s company. She’s also managed an automove group in Saluda, VA. Even with her robust experience, Robynne credits her sharpened administrative skills to her ten year venture as the Administrative Assistant at a Montessori School.
Robynne currently resides in Gloucester VA, and has since 2005, with her husband John, and 2 oldest grandchildren. She spends most of her time helping her grandchildren even if it’s just providing transportation to and from work and sports activities but when she’s not taking care of them, she spends time doing things she enjoys, such as hunting and fishing. Robynne can also be found tending to her garden and beehives or planning a new adventure for herself and her husband because her love of exploring keeps her on the move.
